Warranty Information

Futureonics fiber optic cable is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the period stated on the product documentation, when stored and installed per manufacturer guidance and applicable TIA standards.

Coverage includes attenuation performance outside published specification for the fiber type supplied. It excludes damage from improper pulling tension, bend radius violations, crushing, rodent or water ingress, and installation outside the cable's rating.

To open a claim, email support with your order number, reel identification, and OTDR or power-meter test results.
