Return & Refund Policy

Unopened, unused spools may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact support for a return authorization number before shipping anything back.

Cable that has been cut, pulled, or removed from the reel cannot be returned unless it is defective. Custom lengths and cut-to-order runs are non-returnable.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of the returned goods passing inspection. Original shipping charges are refunded only where the return is due to our error.
